1. Rentals are based on One-week rental period.

2. Collection & Return time between 9am - 12pm & 2pm - 10pm ONLY. Please call/sms before you come. Collection & Returns are made at KL Traders Square Jln Gombak unless otherwise arranged. Additional charges will apply for other delivery and/or pickup instructions. Delivery charges vary based on geographical area

3. You may book the items as early as you wish. To do this you will need to pay Rm20 deposit to block the date. No goods will be reserved unless the deposit is received. Deposit will be refunded in full on return of rented items, provided they are in good condition and returned on time

4. The hirer shall keep the rented goods in good condition and is responsible for replacing any damage or loss that may occur to any item.

5. If the goods are not returned, or returned in a broken or otherwise damaged, Customers will be charged in addition to the rental charge. The amount charged for the replacement or repair is separate from the rent.

6. All rental deposit will NOT be returned if the contract/agreement is cancelled.

7. Customers should return all items to Me on a date that has been notified. Failure to return the goods at the appointed date, the customer will be charged for each day the goods are not available for return.
